Promoting Love & Wisdom Home Childcare Center, LLC is situated in Ward 7 in Washington, DC. It was formed by LaTrell Duncan-Fitchett in June 25, 2012. Promoting Love & Wisdom Home Childcare Center (PLWHCC) will provide Educational services that offer high quality care in a low moderate neighborhood. PLWHCC is an organization that is expanding to a center that will provide 25 additional slots that will render services to District of Columbia residents.

My very first jobs were a babysitter for my neighbor’s children and Marie H. Reed Elementary School as an Assistant Math Tutor. I have worked with children for over 15 years in DC Public Schools, PG County High Road Academy (Behavior School), and Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) for Children and Adults, Hospital for Sick Children, Advocacy for Justice & Education, St. John & Life Stride Group Homes, and DC Parks & Recreation. I have also worked for the government, Department of Energy, Department of Defense (Pentagon), Department of Navy and US Coast Guard. I am currently a Childcare Provider and the founder of Promoting Love & Wisdom Home Childcare Center, LLC. I served Infants to School Age Children. I am NAFCC Accredited, QRIS and QIN for the Childcare. My desire is to find a building in the District of Columbia to expand. I received my undergraduate degree at the University of the District of Columbia. My goal is to pursue my education to obtain my Doctoral Degree. I also designed a group called the "Bailey Praise Dancers" of which is a group of young ladies from six to eleven years of age. I love working with children, if I can make a difference in some child's life then my giving will not be in vain.
